Our refund policy lasts 30 days after receipt of the product.
If you received a damaged or defective product:
Please contact us at teddyskin@gmail.com as soon as possible within 30 days of receiving the product in order to put this procedure in place.
IMPORTANT: The email must indicate the following 3 elements:
- The reason for your refund request
- A video or photo of the breakage/problem you are facing
- Your order number (ex: #1234)
We will happily replace the item at no extra cost or refund you if applicable.
Note: Our team will verify the video(s)/photo(s) before issuing a replacement or refund.
We can only offer you replacements at no additional cost if the criteria below are met: The items are defective - damaged/broken or soiled following receipt of the package. Packages lost in transit.
Note: The store name cannot be held responsible for lost or misdirected packages.
Please ensure that all information you have provided is correct before submitting your order to avoid lost mail or other mishaps. International customer must provide a telephone number.

If you believe that you have entered an incorrect address, you should contact us immediately to correct the error. Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of ordering.
Please note that our standard shipping is published in each product description. All customers must be informed of this before placing an order. All refunds will be made within 24-48 hours before the funds are reflected in the customer's bank account.
TEDDY reserves the right to refuse any replacement and refund if it does not meet the above criteria. Late or missing refunds (if applicable). If you haven't received a refund yet, double-check your bank account and contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
